2. Project Background

This activity is implemented within the framework of the project “VISIBLE & TRUE: Promoting dignity, accurate information, and inclusion for LGBTIQ+ persons in Albania”. Co-funded by the EU, this initiative is part of the project “Proud to have Rights”, and will be carried out by Streha Center. It aims to counter misinformation, anti-gender narratives, and online hate speech that targets the LGBTIQ+ community in Albania, through a structured, behavior-change-based digital campaign. The project will focus on increasing public understanding, strengthening positive social norms, and promoting inclusive attitudes, especially in digital spaces where harmful narratives are widely disseminated. It responds to these narratives by implementing a phased communication approach combining storytelling based on experiences, and messages based on values, dignity and allyship promotion.

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in strengthening the project’s communication impact by enhancing visual storytelling, improving audience engagement, and ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across platforms. The objective of this assignment is to support the project in effectively communicating key messages on LGBTIQ+ rights, countering misinformation, and promoting inclusive attitudes by producing high-quality visual content that contributes to awareness-raising, positive social norm change, and increased public understanding.
