For an expert to carry Organizational Capacity Assessment & mentoring and/or
support 3 organisations in implementing the recommendations and procedures
of the protocol to manage most at-risk LGBTQI+ beneficiaries
Streha is pleased to share an open consultancy opportunity launched by ERIM (formerly IREX Europe), in the framework of the PRIDE++ Project (March 2023 – June 2026), supported by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and the European Union.
Following the achievements of the previous PRIDE II+ phase — including the development of a protocol for managing high-risk situations (suicide, addiction, physical violence, etc.) — new needs have emerged. ERIM, in partnership with Aleanca (Tirana), CEL (Pristina), and Streha (Tirana), is now seeking one qualified expert to support partners in deepening and strengthening their organizational capacities.
🎯 Objective & Scope of Work
The selected expert(s) will:
– Act as mentors and advisors, providing hands-on guidance to LGBTIQ+ organizations managing high-risk cases (e.g., suicide, addiction, violence).
– Facilitate experience-sharing workshops between partners to foster collaboration and peer learning.
– Work with the partners to advocate for the official recognition of the case management protocol by relevant authorities in Albania, and potentially in Kosovo.
🔍 Mission 1:
- Assess the individual needs of each partner regarding protocol implementation.
- Develop 3 tailored strategic action plans (one for each organization).
- Organize 2 experience-sharing workshops among partner organizations.
- Design and deliver 3 targeted training modules, adapted to the specific needs of each partner.
📈 Mission 2:
- Conduct Organizational Capacity Assessments (OCAs) using ERIM’s tools, preceded by an orientation from ERIM.
- Deliver one detailed capacity report per partner.
- Implement a mentoring plan, including regular (twice per month) and ad hoc support sessions.
- Combine in-person and remote mentoring tailored to partner needs.
👥 Target Audience
The services are intended for LGBTIQ+ organization staff, particularly those engaged in case management, direct service provision, and internal organizational development.
📅 Duration & Terms
Note: Travel and accommodation costs must be included in the proposed consultancy fee.
