”Streha” Center is implementing the project ‘’Improving services for LGBTI+ youth in Albania during COVID-19’’, thanks to the support provided by Iris Network

In the framework of this project 13 staff members of ‘’Streha’’  were part of a two days training focused on increasing their self-care and be able to keep professional boundaries as a result of the training received.

Staff reported that the training:

• Raised the capacities to maintain a high level of ethical and professional standards during their everyday work.
• Contributed in improving residential services by helping the staff managing stress effectively during Covid-19 pandemic and contributed in improving their psychological wellbeing.
• The training contributed in improving communication among employees in a residential environment.
• Assisted the staff in creating healthy boundaries with beneficiaries and between them.
